After School Youth Fitness

The After School Youth Fitness is an integrated fitness and nutrition education program for youths from 6 to 12 years old. The program aims to promote weight loss, provide nutritional education and develop life-long fitness habits, but most importantly, to have fun! Youths will participate in recreation gym activities, Sportwall, Expresso Bikes and swimming. For more information, please call Linda at 570-823-2191 ext. 222.
**Mondays & Wednesdays for the Summer from 4-5:30PM**
Program is free with a youth, family or single parent membership.
