Personal training at the YMCA provides you with the most effective and time efficient workouts available. Our certified personal trainers can maximize your fitness or athletic potential by leading you every step of the way.
Introductory Rates (1 on 1):
ONE HOUR PACKAGES
Basic Session
For those who want to train with a trainer only one time. 1 hour session.
Investment: $30/session (Member) $35/session (Non-Member)
Motivational Package
For those who need a little extra motivation to work out:
6 one hour session package.
Investment: $25/session (Member) Under $30/session (Non-Member)
Premium Package
For those who would rather have the trainer do all the planning for their workout.
12 one hour sessions.
Investment: Under $24/session (Member) $25/session (Non-Member)

Exercise Design Packages
For those who need guidance to reaching their health and fitness goals, but are self motivated and may not need a trainer. Individuals meet with a trainer to discuss an exercise program. The program itself is done on the individual's own. One personal traning session a month is provided to show proper technique of the exercises. Programs are for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Call for pricing.
Fitness evaluation and exercise prescription
A fitness evaluation determines your current physical fitness level. This information is then used to set realistic goals and prescribe an exercise program based upon your needs. Evaluation cost $40, but is free to members
GROUP EXERCISE
There will be no YOGA classes beginning Friday, January 27th through Monday, February 13th
Classes will resume Wednesday, February 15th.
Boot Camp Group exercise class that goes through weight and cardio circuits in a semi-private personal training setting with fun fitness games, fitness stations and other training methods to relieve the boredom of exercise. Most classes are held in the gymnastics gym. Call 823-2191 ext. 112 for session information and investment opportunities.
Zumba® - Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The principle behind Zumba is incredibly simple; get fit and have fun. There are no complicated moves to learn and you don't need the coordination of a standard aerobics class.

An official ZUMBA for Kids has finally arrived!
Zumbatomic classes are high-energy fitness parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more!! Parents love ZumbAtomic because of the effect it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. ZumbAtomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym - for themselves, their kids and for a totally fun family experience.
8 Week Session will be held starting Saturday, January 21st at 1:00pm.
Ages 7-12
Registration is Required!
Members: $16 per 8 week session
Non-Members: $20 per 8 week session

After School Youth Program
The CATCH (Coordinated Approach To Child Health) program is an after school youth program, held Monday-Thursday 4-5:30PM. CATCH brings schools, families and communities to teach children how to be healthy for a lifetime. CATCH is research based and makes nutrition learning and physical activity fun.
