STUDIO X - SMALL GROUP TRAINING

STUDIO X is our all new studio located on the second floor in front of the group exercise studio. This studio has been designed to host a multitude of programs which will launch throughout 2018.

Our signature small group training program launched in January 2018. Since then we have created countless of transformational and inspiring fitness experiences for hundreds of clients.

Our certified instructors provide ever-changing workouts based on constantly varied functional movements. We pride ourselves on offering diverse options that allow the program to cater to all fitness levels. We believe everyone deserves to be successful! Weight and resistance can be used to challenge you or assist you when needed, cardio and HIIT training is sprinkled in and strong team environment creates accountability and forges friendships.

#STUDIOX is a fun an affordable way to get small group personal training. The reviews and testimonials from our first session speak for themselves!

Last week, I completed the Scranton half-marathon in a little over two hours and while I was on a cardio training blueprint, I would argue that it was the 12+ weeks of training at StudioX that gave me the strength to finish strong. Pick and choose any class, and register for ans many as you like!

Saturday 7:30am & 9am
Tuesday and Thursday 12pm
Tuesday 9am - Level One
Thursday 4:30pm
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5pm
Tuesday 6pm
Monday 7pm

  • You may register for more than one class option.
  • Classes will be team centered.
  • Class attendance is tracked and expected.
