EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based, senior fitness and arthritis management program. It helps older adults become more active, energized, and empowered for independent living.

How It Works

  • 16-week program with three 60-minute sessions per week
  • Exercises focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance which can help reduce the severity of arthritis symptoms
  • An environment that encourages social interaction, which is an important part of health and well-being for older adults

Who Can Participate?

Older at adults at all fitness levels are welcome. The program is especially beneficial for older adults with arthritis.
